In 2009, Allan graduated from UWS with a Master of Applied Finance

In 2010, worked for MGB Public Accountants and in 2012, became senior accountant in Roy Spagnolo & Associates, external finance and taxation consultants to Brenex Pty Ltd, a firm of Projects Managers & Developers. We provided financial and taxation advice on corporate structures, feasibility studies on the projects and the acquisition of funds to cash flow the projects. Over the period, the firm successfully completed in excess of 52 projects ranging from $2 million to $70 million.

In 2012, Allan founded his own Accountancy Practice, Allan & Co providing Financial and Taxation services especially to wealthy individuals and larger companies in Vietnam and Australia. The Practice has grown very successfully over the period as we serve from a place of genuine care and integrity and to always put the needs of our clients first. We consult with clients to fully understand their business and outcomes, their constraints and tailor the solutions accordingly. We are fully supported by an external team of consultants, each specialising in their own field of expertise and sharing our core values and philosophy. We also have colleagues and agents interstate to assist where required.

Quoc Ngo is a business transformation consultant with over 18 years of experience helping organisations of all sizes and industries leverage the power of technology to improve business processes.

He's innovative and collaborative and has a passion to make business more efficient, productive and profitable through the use of innovative technologies.

In 1975, Xavier graduated from UNSW in Commerce, Finance and Information System. Completed the Professional Year for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Chartered Accountancy Firm, Donald F Bell & Co ( now, Bell Partners – largest Sole Practitioner Accountancy Practice in Australia ) located in the City of Sydney.

He then worked in Donald F. Bell & Co for 13 years with the last 8 years as Manager/Partner.

In 1988, he became a Principal of a very successful Chartered Accountancy Firm, Xavier & Co practising in the CBD of Sydney. Xavier & Co was an innovative and leading organisation dedicated to helping businesses becoming resilient and to realise their fullest potential. He sold the practice in 1999 finding higher goals of achievements for his career path.

Carly Lang holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance. She held important positions in several non-profit organisations: Co-founder and Vice President at The United Associations of Vietnamese Students in NSW, Administrator at Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Association in Sydney. She worked as an Operations Associate at a healthcare artificial intelligence (AI) company in Australia. With experiences in startup environments, she is passionate about helping clients to run businesses successfully, especially in the finance/accounting field.

Thanh Tran is a fully qualified accountant having acquired her accounting degree from the University of South Australia. Thanh also has a Certificate III in Business and is an associate member of CPA. She has extensive financial/accounting experience having worked in the Public Sector for over four years. During her professional career Thanh has performed duties as a Finance Officer, Assistant Accountant for the Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) and for the Department for Correctional Services (DCS). Her passion is to provide an effective and efficient service whilst upholding customers’ values.

With years of managing a chain of F&B business and 3 years of experience in the real estate industry as an Assistant to Director cum Business Development Executive, She has demonstrated exceptional abilities in maintaining a robust business network. Currently, She is Assistant to Director of Allan&Co Pty Ltd - Mr. Allan Nguyen, She is the designated representative to Mr Allan Nguyen to manage any business-related matters in Vietnam.

Ashley Duong holds a Bachelor of Commerce – major in Marketing. During her studies, she maintained Distinction level performance and earned a Department Award for High Achiever twice. She is also proud to have been the Student Representative and a part of the Lucy Mentoring Program at Macquarie University. Ashley is passionate about marketing and has gained her experiences in strategic marketing, branding, public relations and social media across a wide array of industries.

Chung Nguyen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce double major Finance & Marketing. During her studies, she was chairman of Vietnamese Students' Associations, School of Business, International University (IU-VNU). Chung Nguyen is a key part of our operation team that help develop and establish Finance Systems & Procedures, complete cost and operational analysis and support the development of operating budgets and forecasts.
